Like all Borovitza wines the name suggests the most distinctive characteristic of this wine. Full bodied and loaded with black plums and cherries, bitter chocolate and blackberries. A streak of mineral acidity coated with spicy black pepper, hence the name, runs under the backbone of it and provides cool refreshing finish. Great with pizza and pasta, meatballs or a classic Sunday Roast making it quite versatile food partner.
