 2013 Melnik, Logodaj, Struma Valley, Bulgaria, Ready ,drink now!  Low sulfites, 14% abv

Produced from carefully selected grapes from the Early Ripening Melnik Vine.  It is aged in Bulgarian and French partially new oak barrels for 6 months after fermentation in stainless still vats. Full bodied but juicy and velvety with black cherries and berries on the palate. Long finish with subtle spice.
