2012 Chardonnay/Muscat Borovitza, Danubian Plains, White, 75cl

Borovitza winery

A rather unique blend of cool mineral Chardonnay with aromatic Turkish delight and roses bursting muscat.  Bottled with no sulfites added and briskly matured in used Bulgarian barrels. Full bodied and rather delicious it is great with a range of poultry dishes in creamy sauces. A strong favourite with crispy aromatic duck with pancakes and plum sauce.
