One of the Borovitza signature blends based on Bordeaux grape varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot but also leaving space for a host of other grape varieties like Syrah, Pinot Noir and even the indigenous Mavrud. The aim is to weave a formidable structure into plush velvety fruitiness while allowing it to mature for up to a decade. This blend benefits from ageing in used French barrels for more than two years until all ingredients happily marry with each other. A great food wine thanks to its structure and balance it goes with almost anything you throw at it. Roast beef, sausages or pork chops and any hearty stew fit the bill perfectly. Very complex and full bodied it goes on its own as well.
