2017 Erigon Rubin Roze , Brestovitsa, Thracian Lowland ,Bulgarian , 14% abv

Rubin is a cross made during Socialist times by crossing Syrah with Nebbiolo. The new grape variety Rubin has shown a great potential and is now extensively planted all over the country. It shows a delicate nose and palate filled wıth red cherrıes, raspberries and cranberries deliver a fresh and deliciously juicy medium-bodied rosé.
