Rubin is a cross made during Socialist times by crossing Syrah with Nebbiolo. The new grape variety Rubin has shown a great potential and is now extensively planted all over the country. Medium bodied with velvety smooth, juicy red cherry on the palate. Bottle matured with succulent and juicy deep palate. Great accompaniment to all sorts of hard strong cheeses and grilled meats.
