Sakar has proven to be one of the few distinguished terroirs in Bulgaria, with  Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon both producing distinctive full bodied fully charged wines. Subtle minerality and black pepper spice create a diversion from the Shiraz profile and bring elegance to this wine. Great with lamb and game!
