2018 Kaba Gayda, Cabernet/Merlot/Rubin, Yamantiev, Bulgaria, 75cl

Yamantiev's Winery

2018 Cabernet/Merlot/Rubin, Yamantiev, Bulgaria, Ready, Drink now, 14% abv

Sumptuous blend from the heart of Thracia showing red berries and juicy red plums on the palate. Abundant sun and gentle breeze from the white sea keep this generic wine immensely drinkable at a bargain price. Rubin is an indigenous grape variety arrived at by crossing Nebbiolo and Syrah in 1946. Great with pizza, pasta, meatballs, sausages etc.
