Bouquet is an indigenous Bulgarian grape variety created from the crossing of Pinot Noir with the ancient Mavrud. Old vines and very low yields contribute to the sixteen months ageing in used oak barrels. The final wine is foremost elegant and smooth with wild cherry and black plum aromas. Medium bodied with mellow palate and long finish. Great with pizza and pasta dishes.
