Bouquet is an indigenous Bulgarian grape variety created from the crossing of Pinot Noir with the ancient indigenous Mavrud. Old vines and very low yields contribute to the sixteen months ageing in used oak barrels to creat a complex harmonious wine. It is foremost elegant and smooth with wild cherry and black plum mixing with farmyard gamey notes. Great with game dishes and strong cheeses.
