The best vintage of the decade has produced grapes to be cherished and honoured hence this signature wine from Yamantievs of Ivaylovgrad. Grapes are double sorted and wine has matured in French oak barrels 50% new. Complex, multi-layered wine with black forest fruits, cedar notes and truffles on the palate. Full bodied and well structured it is great with game! To compensate the heavy weight glass used for this wine Yamantievs initiated sustainable practices in all their vineyards, which are now n conversion.
