2010 Syrah, Yamantievs Grand Reserve, Thracian Lowlands, Bulgaria, 75cl

Yamantiev's Winery

2010 Syrah , Dry red, Full bodied, Ready, drink now , 14% abv, Thracian Lowlands, Bulgaria

A  rare Bulgarian Syrah benefitting from 12 months in French oak barrels (50% new) and further 2 years ageing in bottle before release. Abundant succulent black fruit without a glimmer of over-ripeness, leather and spice mingle to please and reward the palate while the finish stays mineral and long. Great with game and strong cheeses

A flagship for the winery, celebrating the  synergy of elements that have come to play to make 2010 a truly great vintage.
