Less than a few days before we all gather around the Xmas tree to find out how many pairs of socks we are getting this year.  Wine-wise though I can not allow an old geezer dressed in red who uses chimneys instead of doors, to mess up with my bottle stockings, so I had worked hard to find a perfect match to every dish that might appear on the Christmas table. Some of them dishes are fiercely traditional (stuffed sour cabbage leaves or sour cabbage and bean soup) and only a wild Bulgarian wine like Logodaj Nobile Rubin 2011 can do. For this definitive list of vinous pleasures and an ultimate survival kit for  the rich and rampant Bulgarian cuisine at Christmas I suggest that you look at our Blog Tomorrow and rummage through your drinks cupboard to survive the next few days. The time has come to pull the corks and take it easy!

Merry Christmas and Cheers to all wine lovers!
