A blend that combines the indigenous grape variety Rubin (A cross of Nebbiolo and Syrah) with the noble and classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Full bodied wine with robust but smooth palate filled with black forest fruit flavours. and a hint of spicy blackberry vanilla. Excellent with red meat like lamb chops and steak! Also fabulous with mature hard cheeses! Ready to drink but can keep and improve for 1-3 years in your cellar!
