Unique in character and colour it has only spent a few hours on the skins rather than days. The grapes were grown on red sandy topsoil over limestone bedrock. Wild yeast ferment aged for 14 months in old French oak barrels. Aromatic with quince, nutmeg, passion fruit and all spice lingering on the palate. Bone dry and very mineral full bodied monster that is a delight on its own or with elaborate oriental dishes.
