Produced from carefully selected grapes from the indigenous Bulgarian cross Melnik 55 also known as Early Ripening Melnik Vine. Aged in Bulgarian and French partially new oak barrels for 6 months after fermentation and further 4 years in bottle. Full bodied but round and smooth with black cherries and berries on the palate. Long finish with subtle spice.
